New Images June 24, 2008
These are from the last few weeks.
The schlieren images were done to show
the difference between a
subsonic and a supersonic bullet. The action was frozen by a
new spot flash working at 500 nanoseconds duration. The
scanning electron micrographs are
an up and coming project, so
you can expect to see a lot more of this work.
